I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of care from Trinity Medical. Unfortunately the front desk is the face of the company, and they are beyond disrespectful. I was seen by Nikita on 4/6 for a health concern. She immediately sent me to Mercy Hospital ER because their AI system instructed her to do so. The doctors at Mercy were confused as to why I was sent there due to the fact no communication was electronically sent over from Trinity nor was anything given to me to bring to the hospital. So, Trinity Medical Primary Care... When I first became a patient at this location roughly five years ago, it was pretty respectable. Believe it or not, I got to see the ACTUAL Doctor, Dr. Fasanello, as opposed to the physician's assistants I've been relegated to seeing ever since. Speaking of which, today I had the misfortune of being the patient to one such assistant named Latasha Gardener. I love going there. Everyone I have interacted with are friendly and help within a timely manor. I loved Mary the medical assistant lady who came into my room before my doctor came in. She was very friendly and made me feel like a friend which I love when I get people like that. <3 I had to write a review because I just felt she's a great person so I wanted to make sure everyone knew.
