Highly disappointed! We had scheduled an appointment almost 3 months in advance only to show up and have the doctor not in the office...We received a voicemail on our home phone (which we seldom use) but no email, cellphone message or text. After arriving for the "non visit" we were told available appointments were another two months in advance... really? No offer to expedite an appointment? They have specifically changed their practice name on Google to avoid bad reviews. Dr Mcquiller is the best dr. That is the only dr that is worth seeing here. I genuinely mean that. I have been on medication for MIGRAINE for the past 12 years. Not a controlled substance or anything crazy, just imitrex. They refuse to fill it because it said it’s a neurology issue. I go to the neurologist but the appointments can be so infrequent and I got for my annual and got my MRI, etc. My old primary had 0 issue filling my medication. On... read more

I was referred to Dr Walcott by my cardiologist because I have unexplained neuropathy in both feet. Wanted to rule out veins, PAD, anything vascular. I waited about 40 min only for him to ask why I was there and for him to tell me from only looking at my chart that it wasn't vascular. I asked him since I was there if he could even look at my legs and veins and was told not necessary. I left and my insurance company was billed almost $300 for a two second appointment where he refused to see me.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of care from Trinity Medical. Unfortunately the front desk is the face of the company, and they are beyond disrespectful. I was seen by Nikita on 4/6 for a health concern. She immediately sent me to Mercy Hospital ER because their AI system instructed her to do so. The doctors at Mercy were confused as to why I was sent there due to the fact no communication was electronically sent over from Trinity nor was anything given to me to bring to the hospital.
