Very professional, courteous staff! Whenever, I have a question or concern, they are quick to answer both through the online portal or by phone. Dr. Fasanello is extremely knowledgeable and has en excellent bedside manner. I have been seeing him for years now, and have nothing but good things to say! It is also extremely helpful that the office is located at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. If you need a scan, oftentimes they can send you right into the hospital immediately after your appointment.
