Very professional, courteous staff! Whenever, I have a question or concern, they are quick to answer both through the online portal or by phone. Dr. Fasanello is extremely knowledgeable and has en excellent bedside manner. I have been seeing him for years now, and have nothing but good things to say! It is also extremely helpful that the office is located at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. If you need a scan, oftentimes they can send you right into the hospital immediately after your appointment. They don't take Independent Health Medicaid anymore, they won't tell you when they become out of network, they will wait till you are out of meds and cut you off cold turkey.
Don’t schedule an appointment with them if you actually want a secure appointment for how long they schedule out. I scheduled an appointment over half a year in advance. Got a call today (one week before my appointment by the way) that the person I scheduled an appointment with is “no longer in practice” and they cancelled my appointment and their other physicians were already booked months out… ??????
