Excellent care. Jennifer was amazing and made the process so pleasant
Was told to get there at 8:48 for my 9am appointment. At 9:20, I asked if my appointment was 9 and they said yes there was one more person ahead of me. Things happen but the staff never made an announcement that a doctor was running late or something was causing a delay. Staff did not seem to care. I had to leave and I won’t be back after the blatant disregard of my time
Wish zero stars was an option. Today was my first visit to see Dr. Anain. Arrived at 828 for my 830 appointment. Signed in, was told I'd be called up shortly. I assumed it would be to get paperwork to fill out since I was a new patient. After sitting well over half an hour while watching at least 10 people get called, some who were waiting when I got there and some who arrived after me, I went up to the desk and stated my situation. Really frustrating. Seems only money motivated doesn't care for patients. I called because I had gotten an infection for a 2nd time in an ingrown I had removed, it's summer so I have been wearing sandles, stumbled scraped my toe on the ground so it ripped open. Called today asked if they could send another of the 1st antibiotic over without coming in because i am sick and 1st the secretary says "well the infection didn't make u sick" I told her yes I'm well aware of that but I do not want to leave the house if I am but this ... read more
