I don't really understand what's going on with this office. I saw Dr. Conway and she stressed to me that no concern was too small, and to reach out to her directly if I had any questions about my first pregnancy. I felt like I had found someone I could rely on. Welllp. She was never in the office again when I called or had emergency visits. She didn't call me back when I was hospitalized (twice) or respond to any of the messages I left in her portal. they changed my appointment twice then finally I had to cancel it bc they put me with a male when I specifically asked for a female. By the time they figured their mess out a wee had gone by and it was that much harder to find a practice. Super unorganized and didn't care at all about how their mistakes and disorganization affected me.
We went to Trinity Office seeking a holistic doctor and thought we had found one in Dr. Nicotra. However, this couldn’t be further from the truth. I’m not even sure she understands what the word “holistic” means, and she definitely does not align in the slightest with the holistic community. All staff was very friendly, professional and made you feel comfortable. Facility was clean, warm and inviting.
