I was referred to an endocrinologist and called this location in buffalo. The reception lady was very rude and impatient with me. I didn't know all the detailed questions she was asking and she kept putting me on hold so I could figure it out and wasn't friendly about it. Calling inquiring about my health is a little stressful and being the first person I made contact with, she lost me as a patient.
