All the female GPs and receptionists I’ve seen here have been incredibly kind and genuinely listened to me. I’ve always had great experiences with them.
I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have been with this surgery for years and they have always been carrying and supportive. Yes, there is a waiting time on the phone but once you speak to someone you always get good advice and can also get an appointment booked fairly quickly. Any member of staff I have seen was friendly and helpful.
I've recently joined the surgery and have been impressed with the efficiency of the administration and knowledge and approachability of the GPs. Thank you!
