Both Ruth and Julia have been absolutely amazing in helping me navigate my perimenopause journey. I came in, really overwhelmed by all the options and also wanting to still be active and live a full vivacious life. Had an Appointment with Laura Hopgood and a training nurse. They were absolutely amazing! Got everything done easy and quick and got my medication with no issues. She is so lovely too and made me feel at ease. Thank you Laura
All the female GPs and receptionists I’ve seen here have been incredibly kind and genuinely listened to me. I’ve always had great experiences with them.
I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have been with this surgery for years and they have always been carrying and supportive. Yes, there is a waiting time on the phone but once you speak to someone you always get good advice and can also get an appointment booked fairly quickly. Any member of staff I have seen was friendly and helpful.
