This place is a joke. The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. Not only that, you’re greeted by rude receptionists who act like they’re busy and take their frustration out on patients who are simply there to get help. When you try to explain yourself or raise a concern, they tell you to “calm down.” If you don’t want to deal with patients, then you shouldn’t be working at reception. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and a very disappointing experience.

Fantastic place, Dr Nitchingham has Fantastic medical knowledge on all aspects of all medical problems . Very understanding and help with all aspects of my life. Been going here now about 24 years, Up date 2026 still going strong fantastic place, Great Doctors.
