Poor reception attitude, the patient is always wrong or has no rights, even under special circumstances the reception will not ask the doctor or anyone else, if you do not comply to the receptionist, your special circumstances and health are in jeopardy
Who was the receptionist, she really did not wanted to be there and was so rude and unhelpful, and di nor want to hear wat was said at all!!! I really had to hold back to be polite .truly poor very poor reception service and rude .
Very professional and caring staff.
Had test taken. Then when results come back, was told I’d have to pay $90 for a doctors appointment just to retrieve them. Shocking…..
