Usless doctors and staff Went there over 4 times first time I told the doctor what it was he would no listen made me get over $400 of unnecessary things. Refered me to another doctor i clearly told the other doc what the problem was and that i dont have long in a town with doctors he said yes if results come back i can organise your medication straight away. Finally back in aus and reception tell me to bad you need to wait over 1 week then the pharmacist in small town needs to order it then I'll be away again for 2 months. E... read more

Poor reception attitude, the patient is always wrong or has no rights, even under special circumstances the reception will not ask the doctor or anyone else, if you do not comply to the receptionist, your special circumstances and health are in jeopardy
Who was the receptionist, she really did not wanted to be there and was so rude and unhelpful, and di nor want to hear wat was said at all!!! I really had to hold back to be polite .truly poor very poor reception service and rude .
