Thank you to the wonderful Trinity surgical staff and Dr McKenzi’s team for the wonderful card I received on my recovery it was a pleasure to have you all serve me thank you very muchI had hernia mesh surgery on July 21 and the staff was wonderful
I was in with my son it was a busy evening. We first saw the triage nurse Mallory RN well we waited awhile in lobby then when brought back to the room there she was again. She cleaned the room and she also has helped us all evening. Big props to her she does it all. She said she normally works in rock island but I’m thankful she was here tonight 6/11/2020 with us tonight she was awesome and so friendly also Shout our to our rad tech Rachel McIntyre for being awesome as usual.
Had surgery and recovery here. The surgical staff was awesome. The RNs and PCTs were great at caring, helping, motivating, and so much more. Should I ever need another surgery this is the place I'd want to be for recovery.
I had my baby there and the staff was amazing!! Everything about my stay was great. The food sucked though.
