Really enjoyed coming here, the staff was friendly, but my symptoms were completely brushed off during my echocardiogram and heart monitor consult, and was told to just drink more water. I'm in so much pain
My husband was referred to Dr. Hong for his heart concerns. We found Dr. Hong and his staff to be very attentive. He listened to my husband's concerns and explained everything fully. The staff is friendly and assisted with all testing appointments to the best of their abilities. I'm confident that my husband is in good hands with Dr. Hong and his staff.
I highly advise against if you need a reliable provider. They called and cancelled my mother’s appointment multiple times, delaying her treatment, then finally after multiple cancellations on their end we get to her appointment 10 minutes early and it took time to confirm her insurance so they refused to see her asking to reschedule again and saying it’s going to be far out . Absolutely vile group and you should go to a provider who won’t jeopardize your health.
