Having a horrible experience with this company, particularly prior authorizations. Don’t know who to believe bc everyone seems to be lying. I need a simple authorization sent back to my insurance who has approved the medication, and have left a message on Trinity’s answering line requesting it. It just rings and nobody picks up. Such a ball drop when I actually had a decent experience with staff. Such a disappointment.
Overall my experience is a 10/10. The young lady at the front desk is amazingly kind and efficient. I scheduled an appointment that worked well for my schedule (7:30 AM so I could get in before work hours) and did not at all feel rushed. The nurse practitioner that I saw, William Skinicki, was very professional and down to earth. He not only listened to all of my concerns but was patient and put me at ease. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new primary doctor.
