Very nice staff
Paula Rutledge is very thorough and communicates well with patients. However, trying to contact and connect with someone for an appointment is quite a challenge! Most of the time I just physically go to the office and when I do arrive, to my surprise, there are people sitting there at the front desk . And there are no patients in the office. The staff needs to be more patient oriented and pick up the phone instead of just allowing the calls to go to voicemail, especially if they are there!
Dr. Paula Rutledge is very professional as yet knowledgeable in the medical field. She has been extremely helpful with my medical issues.
Do not go here if you want to be cared for.
As of late, the staff is increasingly difficult to deal with, medication refills are always an issue and I'll be finding a new pcp ASAP.
