As of late, the staff is increasingly difficult to deal with, medication refills are always an issue and I'll be finding a new pcp ASAP.
I had a wonderful experience at Trinity Medical Associates in Middletown. The staff was kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I saw Dr. Paula Rutledge, and she was absolutely amazing—attentive, compassionate, and thorough in her care. She really took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable and heard, which I truly appreciated. I’m grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring provider. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality medical care in the area!
Worst medical experience in Middletown. Doctors do not listen to your ailments and they do not administer the proper care. Doctor made 3 separate mistakes on my prescriptions and I am still suffering because of it. Will not be returning or paying them another dime. Could not present a more serious warning than this. Take your medical issues and money elsewhere.
The office staff was abysmal. The receptionist didn't seem to know what she was doing, thought Dover was out of state, and was confused by everything I told her. The medical assistant seemed annoyed she had to take my vitals and was generally not very welcoming. Since Dr Marquez left, I have been seeing Laura Rowley. I am very satisfied, she seems to be very qualified and competent. Easily accessible, not a long wait, highly recommend.
