Worst medical experience in Middletown. Doctors do not listen to your ailments and they do not administer the proper care. Doctor made 3 separate mistakes on my prescriptions and I am still suffering because of it. Will not be returning or paying them another dime. Could not present a more serious warning than this. Take your medical issues and money elsewhere.
The office staff was abysmal. The receptionist didn't seem to know what she was doing, thought Dover was out of state, and was confused by everything I told her. The medical assistant seemed annoyed she had to take my vitals and was generally not very welcoming. I saw Dr. Rutledge and while I had high hopes given all her education, she came off as cold and distant. I also was prescribed a treatment and the order was never sent. Since Dr Marquez left, I have been seeing Laura Rowley. I am very satisfied, she seems to be very qualified and competent. Easily accessible, not a long wait, highly recommend.
