Called and asked if they offered free assessments of mechanical issues on my hvac system & was told they could give me a free diagnostic if I could wait for when they had time to come out at visit during their schedule at their leisure, and I would only be charged if and when I authorized work after getting a quote. After waiting patiently for a couple weeks, a mechanic spent 12 minutes diagnosing my unit, he told my brother who was supervising his visit I had a burnt out unit. Matt and his team are awesome and have helped me with my AC and water heater!
Quick to the job, quick to diagnose and even better; they got the job done. I woke up to no hot water and feared the worse. I listened for water and went outside to check the pipes and sure enough mybathroom was flooded. I called Trinity and John came in a matter of 15min. Important when water is surging by the gallon. 10 -15 min total and he was packed and out the door.
