Maureen the office manager, is exceptional! Thank you.
Place is very beautiful, but please avoid putting parents or loved ones in. Not qualified staff, over priced. Do not give the care that they say you are to get for the very very high price you pay. Spiritual care is non existent. Unless you can walk to the chapel on your own. Horrible horrible place.
Do NOT send your parents here. While the website talks about all the services they provide, there are very few activities available, few concerts, and your loved ones will be nickle and dimed to death for every little extra. There are some very kind staff, but they are often stretched thinly. Some are not qualified to be caregivers. Some of the call bells don't work, vulnerable people are often "forgotten" about, and many of the appliances need updating.
