I won’t lie I was skeptical to come in at first due to this being in the mall but I’m odee happy to have given TLC my time and money. I happened to walked by the salon one day and Alexis Williams so was inviting. She gave me a card and told me how to book online. And she answered all of my questions. Alexis was amazing!! She prioritized the health of my hair yet still made sure I was happy with it. I felt very taken care of the whole time.
My hair appointment was at 11:30 and that’s exactly the time I got started. I was so happy I didn’t get the “hey boo” text. Adaysha was so prompt and braided my hair in plats in 4 hours. I booked a service that wasn’t on the site yet (miracle knots) and she made it happen. I’m so in love with my hair and I can’t wait to book again.
First time at Trinity Lux Co and my experience was amazing 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend, Alexis Williams was very nice and very detailed oriented. I felt very comfortable with any and every service that was being provided
