Booked a load. Broker comes out saying oh it's already gone. After getting all my info for the load and driver info ,then says it's gone. It's happened like 4 times with them. Broker name Andy Klohn. Disrespectful.

Horrible experience, booked a load from NJ to OH beer load, asked who is going to issues the liquor permit broker said he will do it and will forward to me. After a while I wrote the email to the broker about the permit received no response, tried to call broker never picked up the phone no answer on email. Never will book a load with this brokerage company since they want drivers to violate the DOT rules.
