Terrible place to live and the management there in terrible as well. They refused to give up corporates number and when we attempted to go above their head and get it anyways they served us with an eviction notice. Also b/c they are a federally funded apartment complex by law they must serve a 30 day notice for any evictions and when we went to court once before the lawyers even sat down and explain this to them but they continued to disregard the law and do as they pleased anyways. Staff is really awesome they answered all my questions i needed asked.
Maintenance is excellent here! Very efficient, polite, and always making sure everything is okay! Really appreciate the office and maintenance for their help. I believe Trinity Lakes is the best looking apartments here! They keep everything looking so nice! Thank you
Just moved in less than a week ago so there is much to learn. Lower rent is a big draw. Tough to find in Columbus now. Not "Luxury Apartments" but that is a plus in my book. Have found that "Luxury Apartments" usually means "Here's a lot of extra crap you will never use but we'll charge you for it anyway.". Missing a star because we are new here and our apartment has a few minor issues (loose outlet covers, detached closet shelf...) and we haven't experienced the quality of maintenance response yet.
