Everyone I worked was very knowledgeable and friendly until today. I had my first interaction with Jim in plumbing. He could use a remedial training class in customer service😏

Just experienced very poor customer service. Was totally ignor while I stood at the counter and the 2 behind the desk acted as if I did not exist. Zero acknowledgement. Finally turned around and walked out.
