This is the worst experience ever that I had with this company. I was living at one address and moved and was still getting some of my mails at the previous address because it took a while to transfer my mails to the present address. I told the representative that and they cancelled my policy saying that I cannot have to different address on the policy that which I specifically told the rep that I have one.
