This is the worst place I have seen my husband does chemotherapy every 2 weeks and his chemotherapy is around 5 hours and then he is done and ready to go home but then he has to wait 2-3 hours for his pump to be delivered from this place and it’s ridiculous especially when it’s called in way up in the morning time there’s no sense making patients wait that long especially when you all are in South Charleston it’s been like this the last 5 times
After paying $95 I received a box with instructions, wrapping for the medication, and no medication. I contacted them within 5 mins of realizing I never received the medication. A female reached out to me and informed me a new shipment would be sent out the same week. Nothing ever came and then I received notice they need a new Rx and for me to pay again when I never received the first vial of medication. STAY AWAY, very sketchy practices.
Been trying for 2 weeks to order my medication. Can’t get someone to return a phone call. I have left two messages and I communicated via text that someone told me that would reach out to me and never got a call or a text.
They are very helpful and caring. Yhey go beyond what others do
This is my new pharmacy great delivery service. Pharmacists are always very nice and very helpful. Couldn't do it without them.
