I normally wouldn’t take my concerns to the internet, but I feel it’s important to share how this company operates. On Monday, 7/28/2025, I requested that a nurse contact me regarding the care of my client. On Tuesday, 7/29/2025, I was told her nurse was on vacation and that Stacy would follow up. Trinity Hospice has been there for my mom. She’s doing so much better. They even went to the extreme of bringing us Thanksgiving dinner. It was enough to feed my mom myself my son and my grandchildren. The food is delicious and we had such a great time. Thank you all of you who come and see my mom and take over her needs I couldn’t ask for better angels
When it became time to choose a hospice company, I went with Trinity because of their reviews. After a week of hospice care for my 95-year-old mother, I can say I definitely made the right choice. Everyone has been so nice and so responsive to all our needs.Roya, Irma, Shona, Sam, Desiree, and Cindy have all been wonderful and so kind to my mother. We had used a couple of hospice angencies, but thankfully found out about Trinity Hospice in our parents final months on Earth. They were always kind, dignified and available. Our main nurse, Sam, was so sweet to our parents, and the on call nursed Stacy and Huang were equally as caring. I highly recommend Trinity Hospice for your loved ones.
