Our company was hired by Mike to pump concrete for a job that is normally out of our service area, but regretfully we decided to take it on. Not having worked with him before, payment was due at the job. After we finished, he gave our driver a check, which turned out to be unsigned. We are over 2 months without payment, after numerous calls and texts to receive payment. We have offered to drive out to his office, meet him, accept payment over the phone, or mail us a check.
