Buyer BEWARE: Trinity Homes and Exteriors STOLE OUR MONEY. Mike Young is a deceitful individual who preys on close friends, acquaintances, and unsuspecting or disadvantaged people and businesses to manipulate them into letting him walk away with their hard earned money with little to no recourse/remorse. Do some googling, and look at the BBB. I wish we had. We paid Mike in full to finish our basement. These pictures are what he left us with, and refused to provide a refund for incomplete work.
We provided a service for this company and never got paid. When I repeatedly called asking for payment, I was given so many excuses. Eventually, he blocked my number. As a small company, it hurts when you provide quality service and don't get paid.
Like another recent person who posted a review about Trinity Homes and Exteriors, I also have run into issues getting paid for contract services. One of Mike's tenants reached out to me in early July about cleaning our overgrowth the rental property. I gave her an estimate, she communicated with Mike, and he greenlighted it. I communicated with him prior to doing the work as well. After the work, he initially communicated and replied to texts. Our company was hired by Mike to pump concrete for a job that is normally out of our service area, but regretfully we decided to take it on. Not having worked with him before, payment was due at the job. After we finished, he gave our driver a check, which turned out to be unsigned. We are over 2 months without payment, after numerous calls and texts to receive payment. We have offered to drive out to his office, meet him, accept payment over the phone, or mail us a check.
