BUYERS BEWARE! This builder has a lot of problems getting workers & supplies (per an email from their VP), resulting in their inability to commit to a start/finish date of your home. We signed our contract in Jan/2022, & as of August, no work has been done. They did not communicate, thus we lost all confidence in their ability to build our home. We DO NOT RECOMMEND using TRINITY as your builder! Reference BBB to see all the complaints against them!

Hide from problems, delay delay delay. Do not stand by their agreements. Look for ways to avoid fixing something. Had a stipulation in our closing documents and it’s obvious Trinity has no intentions on correcting. Avoid this builder at all costs.

Beautiful walkout lot, I picked everything I built in estates at Blackhawk. A year later we did my walk through, Everything that was part of it got taken care of. So far, only questions to make sure I understand how some of the new home stuff works. No problems. Love my walkout basement, gorgeous view!

Very poor quality The quality of material used is extremely poor. Within a month of buying a new house things have started to fall apart

Make sure you get a quality inspection before buying a new build Don't buy a new Trinity Home assuming that it's been built up to code. I'm currently getting ready to sell mine, and I'm finding all of the problems that never should have existed in the first place. The chimney was never sealed where it joins the roof, the basement wasn't waterproof properly, the oven cabinetry is a mess, and there are no locks on the garage doors, for starters. The insulation seems suspect in certain areas too, although without opening up the... read more

Do NOT Waste your time or money you will regret it This builder over promises and under delivers. I should have listened to my wife and never sold my old house that had no problems. The quality of the work is horrible, the paint inside and out is something that a 10 year old cold do a better job of. My house is 5 months old, the paint is falling off, the drive is cracked and the grass is all dead. Are they doing anyting about it to keep us happy?? NO!!

Terrible Quality – I own a Trinity home and have many issues. The tile floors are falling apart. The floors were not screwed down so they squeak and pop in every room. The roof shingles run straight through wood trim. The stone work on the front of my home is crumbling. The list goes on..please don't waste your money!!

Poor Experience and Quality – I am 3 years into my Trinity home in Dublin's Wyandotte Woods. I have been paying for the poor quality and anticipate it will continue. Windows have leaked over and over again. Within my one year warranty they band-aided them by caulking and I have had two professionals caulk since and still leaking so I am having them replaced. I recently also had all the trim repainted as they didn't use any primer and one very cheap coat of paint. Was evident within about 1.5 years as paint started to peal. T... read more
