Under no circumstances use this guy, his name is Ciro Pennino. The refrigerant line for a total replacement HVAC system was put into a larger pipe, smashed with pliers and brazed shut. Will be reporting to the proper authorities Monday morning for all the code violations. I would of never found out if he came to unclog the condensate lines when they were backing up causing damage to kitchen ceiling, which I ended up doing myself. It has been about nine months since Trinity installed my new A/C system and I couldn't be more pleased. My home is so much more comfortable, it does not feel nearly as humid as it did before. The system is much quieter and is on a third less time as the old one which leads to lower electric bills. These facts alone should be enough but more than that is the friendly service and truly nice people. Make them your first, last, and only choice.
