They lied. A mobile home was supposed to be refurbished and in good condition. We found holes in the walls, no foyer tiles--just bare subflooring, stains on the carpeting and walls, a smashed sliding glass door with glass all over the floor, front door frame ripped off in areas, cockroaches running out from the inside and underneath the refrigerator, etc. We turned around and walked out after seeing only part of the kitchen and living room.
