I would give 0 stars or negative if possible. Trinity Home Medical is absolutely horrible, considering they are a respiratory medical supply company and people need their supplies on a daily basis to breath properly. We called them about my husband's CPAP machine not working properly and they refused to do anything since he was not an active patient because he wasn't buying supplies there. Wow. Do not work with this company. I was referred to them by medical hills on a cpap machine. When i picked it up, they advised me to use it for 3 months before I discontinue use to give myself a chance to get used to it. I called them back to tell them it wasn’t working for me and i would like to turn it back in. I was then told my 3 month period had expired and the machine was now mine along with a $1,016 bill. When asking questions about your bill, the lady handling them will tell you that you owe any amount in full, no payments accepted, and when you have questions about past payments you've made, she tells you bills were sent months ago thats all you need. Truly disappointed in this company as a medical supplier, I owe them $114 and they said no supplies can be ordered. Never in my life have I dealt with ANY medical professional/supplier restricting supplies after owing them so little.

Person that explained the equipment was great and very helpful! Just found it very unprofessional not having insurance company called for authorization number before appointment or while I was back having the equipment explained and fitted for mask. Especially when I was back there already for over an hour. Ended up walking out and told them to call me and I can come back to pick up once they have authorization number. We decided to go with another home medical supply company due to lower cost, and were subsequently treated very rudely and they refused to get us requested documents. Our decision to go elsewhere was obviously warranted. If you get mad for losing a customer, you will likely lose many, many more.

A/R and all people in this office needs to go to training. None know what they are doing. One time says bill pd in full then rec bill called and said that was not paid, since insurance did not pay their part. TT ins and was told they did not send it in timely manor for them to pay. Now to current, put pmt in there door spot for pmt 1-13 called them today 1-27 since not showing cashed was told they got it out of door TODAY and is now applied. Sooooo, why not check it everyday!! Would not help my practice refill oxygen tank. Horrible customer services. Wished we had more options in Bloomington/Normal. For small business owners would think you be Willing to help each other out.
