This company sends out mailings that look like past due bills which scared the heck out of me until I realized it was basically a scare tactic. They send letters with past due dates in red on colored paper saying your home warranty is expiring. Somehow they even get your financial institution on the letter which makes it seem like your financial institution is aware of it. I received the first mailing just weeks after moving into my new home, so they are trolling state real estate records and coming up with this information.... read more
