Great experience from start to finish! Tobias made solid recommendations after visiting. Provided three options with details. Everybody arrived timely on install day, they all had booties when they entered the house. They cleaned up afterwards, and made this a pleasant event. All warranty and product information was provided next day! Awesome. I highly recommend Tobias and Trinity HVAC for your new mini-split purchase and installation!
Fantastic experience with Tobias and his team. Professional and courteous install and cleaned up afterwards. Installed new Trane heat pump system to replace a 17 year old York. Explained the controls well. Seems to be working as it should.
My mother needed a new heat pump and she wanted it to be a Trane. Trinity Heating and Cooling is the only authorized dealer in her area, according to Trane's website.... So I gave them a call. Tobias and his crew were very competent, courteous and professional. They were there when they said they would be, completed the work without delay and cleaned up after themselves. It's refreshing to actually find such top quality service nowadays!
We have utilized Brad and Tobias 14 times over the last 10 years. Not only are they top notch, but their team members have bought into their approach and business model. Couldn't recommend Trinity more. If you are looking for a transparent and ethical mechanical contractor, these guys are it.
