A/C air handler started making a rattling noise (brand is a Trane, 12 years old) called Trinity and spoke to John, he explained he had another call to go to and then he would be right over. He showed up 45 minutes later and inspected the air handler figured out what was wrong and called the parts warehouse, went to the warehouse and picked up the part, all the time explaining what he was doing and why, I could not be happier and my A/C now runs so quite I can't tell it is running. John and Rusty at Trinity Heating & Air are the definition of amazing. They installed our new central AC July 1, 2024. Since then, we have had a couple issues (manufacturer issues, NOT issues caused by Trinity Heating and Air) that left us without AC in the dead of summer and now one that left us without heat during the coldest stretch of the year so far. I was so lucky to find John and Trinity about 8 years ago for maintaining my old unit and replacing my ductwork in my newly purchased older home. Recently, the transformer outside my home took out my AC. He was here the next am. It had blown the circuit board for the inner fan. My home was due for a new unit anyway so it was time for a new AC.
