Just talked to Lauren about the options we have to replace a expensive worn out HVAC system. They promptly gave us 4 different proposals and explained them in detail. Lauren was very helpful guiding us through this process. Couldn't ask for more. Very nice folks. It became clear to me that what we ultimately chose to do using Trinity Heating and Air was the best option

From start to finish, Trinity Heating & Air has excellent customer service, attention to detail and highly knowledgeable, dedicated techs and staff. We had 1 Mini Split installed, in which they arrived as scheduled, answered all questions I had, went straight to work and got the job done perfectly! Thank you all & keep up the great work! Great company & top notch service! My AC went out during a triple digit heat wave and I knew they would be busy. Originally got calendared for a few days out due to high volume workload, which I totally understood, but they called back just hours later with the availability to check the issue that day - they had my AC up & running shortly after. I was so ecstatic as I work from home. The service techs & office staff were all so friendly!
