I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hector Kypuros with Trinity Hearing Healthcare regarding the testing and repair of my Phonak Virto M50-20 hearing aid, which I originally purchased in 2022 through United Healthcare. My right hearing aid stopped working, so I contacted United Healthcare Hearing, who referred me to Dr. Kypuros. My appointment was on November 11, 2025. After testing, he told me the device had a bad chip and needed to be sent out for repair, promising it would be ready in about three weeks. I agree... read more
