I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hector Kypuros with Trinity Hearing Healthcare regarding the testing and repair of my Phonak Virto M50-20 hearing aid, which I originally purchased in 2022 through United Healthcare. My right hearing aid stopped working, so I contacted United Healthcare Hearing, who referred me to Dr. Kypuros. My appointment was on November 11, 2025.
