Dr Gilman is uncaring and rather incompetent. If you have a wound it very well may get worse under their "care" like mine has. They only operate 2 days a week so if you have your wound open up on a Wednesday your out of luck until monday. Week 1 went fine, week 2 the doc comes in and has about 5 seconds to look at my wound before she had to leave for a surgery, week 3 doctor was sick, week 4 doctor was still out sick, meanwhile my wound has gotten worse.
