Desiree was amazing. Been sick for a week with what I thought was a cold and she made me feel seen and heard. I also had an eye infection. Was told I have walking pneumonia and was in and out in 45 minutes with three prescriptions for my sore throat, eye, and antibiotics for pneumonia. Very happy with this place :)
Wasn’t a checkout but I was in and out very quickly and staff was nice
I tried to call this UC yesterday prior to bringing in my 88 year old Mother, who had a fall. I tried to call to make sure they can do X-rays there. They never answered the phone after my repeatedly trying all afternoon and eventually driving over there which is a 20 minute drive, still on hold with the office. I walked up to the window still on hold. The receptionist told me she "forgot to sign into the phone system: i.e. so NO calls were being answered. Went in & was prescribed two separate antibiotics. PA & nurse were very nice. Called back a couple days later to ask simple questions about symptoms I was having and the medication I was on & was told very rudely over the phone that they could not help me or answer any questions I had, even though THEY prescribed me the medication. Left me very upset & confused.
This office never answers the phone. Called repeatedly for 4 hours, the phone picks up and disconnects
