Dr Haines is unreliable and always on vacation. This whole place is unreliable. In fact they are closed right now as I am typing this review while they should be open. But they are closed. I have no idea what holiday is on 2-13-26? Update. I'm here the next day and this place is a joke. The waiting room is full of 4 different patients that have never budge. I went to the lab for blood work. Donna did the blood draw and it didn't hurt and was quick and easy. I'm 77 and uaually when I have a blood draw they can't find the vein or try 4-5 times and give up. Donna knew exactly how to draw the blood and was kind and courteous. Also, the tape on the cotton didn't rip off my skin but came off without pain. I will be going back to this location and I recommend Trinity Health Urgent care and lab to everyone.
Went here because I had a high temp …had massive chills .. checked me for covid and flu and all was negative… sent me home telling me , it must be viral ! Well something told me to call my urologist and they told me to go to emergency.. I had a uti that was making me septic! I needed an antibiotic … lost 8. Lbs from having the rigors . Good thing i listened to myself😳
Outstanding personnel. Very quick, professional and friendly. Also gave us a follow up call to make sure everything was going well! BRAVO!!! THANK YOU!!!
