Dr Haines is unreliable and always on vacation. This whole place is unreliable. In fact they are closed right now as I am typing this review while they should be open. But they are closed. I have no idea what holiday is on 2-13-26? Update. I'm here the next day and this place is a joke. The waiting room is full of 4 different patients that have never budge.
