Trinity healthcare is a joke. Tried to be seen in their office and the doors were locked. Tried calling multiple times and got hung up on each time. Online it says they were open, their hours of operation on the building said they were open, and nothing stating they were closed for the day. Went to a different trinity healthcare across town and had the same issue. Thankful my company is changing insurance in 2024 so I’ll have more options rather than this joke of a “healthcare” provider.
The physician and nurse were very responsive and helpful to my needs. The care was extremely good and it was a positive experience. I always choose Trinity in Jenison.
