THSC over the past several years has continued to nickel and dime residents! (parents have lived in a THSC over 10 years) The latest mandate, if on medication services, you have to use the THSC assigned pharmacy or get billed $50 a month (to cover their medication mismanagement liability?). Check to make sure their little pharmacy is in your Part D prescription network before moving to a THSC! It isn't for my parents so THSC is costing them their savings either way.
Glacier Hills in Ann Arbor Michigan has SIGNIFICANTLY declined in quality, safety, and dedicated staff services since Trinity Health Senior Communities took over a few of years ago and well before covid hit! My parent has lived there for about 7 years and the first few years were great!! Before Trinity, residents had significant say in defining the community and keeping it great. They had two full time, dedicated social workers and dedicated, experienced staff with longevity at Glacier Hills. There was little staff turnover ... read more
