Dr. Beri is one of the best doctors ever. Truly cares and listens. Laura is amazing too
So far so bad. Takes forever to hear anything back. I was told I’d hear back in 2-3 days about actually getting my CPAP machine sent to me. It’s going on 3 weeks. I called they said 2-3 more days I should get a call back. 5 days later still nothing. I’ll be calling tomorrow. If you’re in a hurry or need anything to happen in an efficient manner. Stay away. I’ll update if they’re better going forward but holy hell it seems like nobody there works!
Patient care is great. The doctor is amazing caring,supportive, and honest. I take his professional opinion follow it and i see the difference. I would recommend him to anyone I know thar has any kind of sleep issue. Great man and great team.
