The visit was fine. The office staff and physician were friendly and attentive. Therefore I have no problems with anything concerning the visit itself. What I want to make notice of is erroneous charting in the electronic medical record of my comments about my CPAP history. Some statements did not accurately reflect what I said. I believe this was more of a time issue for the physician and not lack of attention to detail.
