Great place and great people
Practice has been going downhill for a while now, Patricia is a terrible practitioner. But the icing on the cake is when my father had an appointment today, which albeit he WAS 5 minutes late for (within their 15 minute policy window though) which was a follow up after a 3 week hospital stay - they cancelled his appointment. I wouldn't go to this practice for any of you post hospital stay appointments, because they clearly do not care.
Don’t trust this place. My partner and I made new patient appointments just to receive calls two days later saying our appointments had been automatically cancelled because they were not actually accepting new patients. The information on their website and on MyChart is misleading and they have made no effort to correct this. The office collected all of my personal information just to rudely deny service. This massive of an oversight should not happen in a place that people are supposed to be able to trust and rely on. Shame... read more
