Dr disha macarena's is the absolute best I hope I spelled her last name correctly she deserves respect LOL
Called once, was told to call billing department to schedule an appointment using self pay. Billing department told me that was wrong and to just call the office to schedule appointment and let them know I was using self pay. Called again and was told the office does not accept self pay. 0 consistency and coordination. If they can’t keep simple details like this straight I shudder to think what they would do when managing their patients health.
