It's unfortunate that I have to write a negative review like this. Most of the staff here is great and caring. However, my experience today with M Daly (NP) at Trinity Health Vernon was horrible and very disappointing. She did the Group B strep swab on me and then proceeded to do a random cervical check WITHOUT my consent and WITHOUT even warning me about it!!!! It was very uncomfortable and frankly traumatizing. The staff need to understand that they don't have a right over a patient's body and personal space like this. You... read more
I love being a patient at TRINITY HEALTH OB-GYN here in Vernon. All the staff here have been very kind and attentive. The receptionists are especially good at juggling their multiple responsibilities! God bless each of you and keep up the good work!
