Carmen over at Lab has a nasty snotty attitude when drawing blood from toddlers. She was assisting Kathy on my daughters blood draw and once I told them to remove the needle because they were fishing for the vein for about 15 seconds she got upset and told the other phlebotomist to help because I obviously annoyed her. She kept making faces with Kathy and walked away not even comforting my screaming toddler. What a shame it is to have someone like that working in a lab.

Don't waste your time becoming a patient at this joke of a medical center. In another complete failure of patient care I was forced to wait five days after an ER visit where I had 8/10 pain in my abdomen. The follow up doctor never so much as even examined me and showed no concern even though I was in tears in the office because of the pain. He gave me a medication that in his own words " Might start working in two to three weeks" and referred me to Baystate GI. I was a patient of this place for over a decade. I havent seen the doctor in years because I didn’t have health insurance. I was told to switch my PCP as my other one retired. The women who answered the phone was incredibly rude and told me I can’t see a doctor for over a year. Because I’m technically a new patient Avoid this place and it’s terrible service and healthcare. How is this health care ?

Fantastic staff. I think Jessica is the best doctor there. Highly recommend anyone who needs a good doctor to use her
