I came for the 3rd time in a week for a normal check-up.. Each time I come, I wait 1.5 hours and each time they call the people who came after me and I am kept waiting again..

I had an appt with Dr. Zaighum Rana. First I had to wait FOREVER in the waiting room because they were changing computer systems. Then I saw Dr. Rana, I followed up with all the tests I needs to do, and then he dragged his feet for MONTHS to send in the order for my medication, I literally called the office a dozen times. They were disorganized, uncoordinated, and actually told me that Dr. Rana was notorious for not sending in orders.
