Made two appointments with them. The first confirmed appointment was canceled due to snow, and I received no message. I rescheduled for the next day and when I showed up they told me they aren't taking new patients. Then how did I get this appointment for a new patient through your website? 0/5 stars, wasted 2 of my days to deny me.
Why am I waiting over 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone
The providers are fine, but they made a billing error on my visit and it took six months to resolve when it was their error. After being assured it would be corrected, and to wait 30 days for the corrected insurance to reflect, the "case" closed, and then the same incorrectly billed balance would reappear.
