Dr. Inyangetor is literally the best Doctor... I know someone's told you that before about their Doc but no, I'm serious. As far as staff and building overall great. Sometimes you may wait a little longer than expected but usually a good and helpful conversation happens and your left feeling helped! God bless Dr. Inyangetor seriously.

When I experience a negative situation—especially in matters as crucial as healthcare—I feel a responsibility to inform others. It has now been two months since my visit, and despite repeated attempts to communicate with the doctor's office, I have received no response. I do, however, continue to receive bills in the mail. I have called multiple times, sent ten messages through the patient portal, and even mailed a handwritten letter in an effort to resolve this matter. If I could give no stars that would be too high of a rating. No complaints about the doctor or care given. The front and back of house staff are very unresponsive. I leave messages if I am able to get through and never get return call. Most of the time when I call I can't even get through. Line is always busy and there is no option to leave a message. The Mychart site does not allow for messages outside of MR requests. The practice manager does not return calls.
I am frustrated out of my mind with this place. Everytime I need a new perscription of my medicine that needs preapproval it takes them weeks and weeks to get their act together. And when they finally put it through after weeks of me calling in, baby sitting them, the pharmacy trying to contact them, they write it up to the wrong insurance company. I am retired it will always be medicare how hard is that!!!! We are going on a minimum of 7 weeks now without that perscription. I am quartering my medication to stretch it out. W... read more
