I had a bad experience whenever I call and there a certain someone. I called the number they provided for my husband's review and it got me nowhere. My husband's doctor deserves 10 stars but the person who usually answers is so rude and makes me not want to take myself of my family here
Dr Finkbeiner gets 5 stars. He is the only reason I go here. The rest of the staff would get zero stars if I could. Especially the people that answer the phone. They are always rude when you call. If you can’t handle questions from patients maybe you’re in the wrong line of work. I’m talking to you Aubrey. You are rude and the way you talk down to people is unacceptable. If you guys read this please stop having her answer phones. She makes me not want to go here anymore.
From check-in to check-out everyone was wonderful! Dr. Rush listened to my concerns and was very thorough in her assessment of my complaints.
Arrived before 3 30 pm and waiting ,with no one calling me in to get labs done, fi ally went up to counter 15 mins later, to be told lab closed at 3:30.
