I love this office! They are always running on time or even a little early. Every staff member that I've met is very friendly, which makes going to the doctors so much easier. I always do all the checks-in questions through the app which saves a lot of time for me and the medical assistants. I appreciate that they don't ask too many questions and that most of the questions are just me verifying that nothing has changed. I've been coming here for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience. Dr. Kozminski is so fun and kind and (although I know she must be very busy) I never feel rushed during my appointments with her.
I had my first visit to Trinity Health on Halloween, and it was such a great experience! The staff was in costume, adding a fun and festive atmosphere—it was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves. My new doctor was fantastic—very personable, easygoing, and clearly skilled at working with people. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Looking forward to future visits!

Came in with my bf for his doctor appointment, when the doctor called him I obviously went to go with him and the doctor or idek who rudely said “I only need him” In a snarky tone. Many other way he could have gone about it like maybe “I’m sorry I can only take him back with me.” Or even a I’m sorry in the beginning would be nice. Anyways glad I’m not a patient here. (Yes I’m probably being sensitive idc)
