Dr. Kumar Nagarajan, appeared very dismissive towards my mother . In fact he kept pressuring her to get scopes done that would or could only lead to further weakness. He was on some level very abrupt and not listening to what she was asking . We were trying to bypass a long emergency room wait as she’s elderly and not feeling up to a long wait in the emergency room. He was not empathetic to her age or her concerns . I appreciate Dr Hollands medical knowledge, but do NOT appreciate the scare tactics and bullying on getting shots. That is MY choice as a parent, not anyone else's. And if drs at trinity "won't see patients without shots", then I guess trinity loses MORE patients!
