My wife was hospitalized at Trinity 11 times in one year. From the very first visit, serious mistakes were made — she was given incorrect medication that required poison control involvement and led to an ICU stay. Her GI doctor never visited her during any admission, even though they were located inside the hospital. i was admitted to this hospital with two issues, one of them being my poor physical ability to get up and walk without a walker. i presently need assistance to use the toilet without assistance and if i fall i have to call ths local police to pick me up. i was discharged earlier today with out so much as an evaluation by someone from physical therapy. despite my protests they discharged me anyway. the hospital seemed in a rush to get rid of me so now i am back were i started. all i wanted was some help.

She demonstrated a lack of competence and an unwillingness to listen to my concerns as a patient. Rather than addressing my specific needs, she seemed dismissive and uninterested in providing effective care. It was clear that she was not fully engaged in understanding or resolving my issues, which left me feeling unheard and frustrated.
