It is located on the 1st floor. You don't need an appointment time but appointment holders go first. I went on a Sat at just before 8am. Took about 20 minutes total time. They are very well organized. When I left there were more waiting than when I came in earlier.
They were super nice and the techs were very gentle! Luckily I had an appointment as it appears this lab gets really busy, but it did seem like they move pretty quickly.

Tech was friendly and professional.
I made an appointment online the day before. After doing so, getting blood drawn at the lab was a really smooth and easy experience for me (make sure to bring a photo ID) — I was seen within minutes of walking in. The receptionist was nice and courteous, while the blood draw itself was painless and quick.
