Tech was friendly and professional.
I made an appointment online the day before. After doing so, getting blood drawn at the lab was a really smooth and easy experience for me (make sure to bring a photo ID) — I was seen within minutes of walking in. The receptionist was nice and courteous, while the blood draw itself was painless and quick.
Nice techs
Waited over 30 minutes just to be checked in. Phyllis was very rude. After checked in, I waited maybe 60 seconds and was called back for the blood work. The lab techs must be waiting on the patients while the front desk girl takes her time checking people in. Mind you, they were on #24 when I walked in and I was only #28 with #26 not even there anymore; why did it take over 30 mins to check 3 people in?!
