I took my 18 month old daughter here, and they definitely could have been more prepared and gentle in how they handled her. The first person to try to take her blood was very nice, but since she's so young, it was hard for me to hold her still and get the blood work done. She called in someone to help, and that lady was downright mean. She didn't seem to care how upset my daughter was while I was trying my best to hold her still. Had my blood drawn Friday at 4:15 pm. Had results by 10pm. WOW
Wish I could give a negative star rating!! My wife and I have been working for over a month trying to get an order for an iron iv at another location and the staff cannot get the paperwork done correctly. The treating facility has sent numerous requests to her pcp explaining exactly they need and they still cannot it done correctly. Meanwhile, my wife continues to suffer from exhaustion linked to her anemia. My dog gets better care at her vet than my wife is receiving at her pcp's office. Will definitely be changing provider... read more
Went in on a Saturday, and there were very few people waiting. There was very little wait as the person drawing blood was efficient. Both employees were friendly.
