Lab tech was awesome. Wonderful experience there. Easy location and only waited 2 mins. Front desk entering my info as a new trinity patient was another story. Took about 25 min to get registered (used my insurance card at multiple other facilities in MI and have never been asked so many questions nor had such a difficult time adding my insurance card. I’m unsure if my labs were even covered because they just told me to go get my labs drawn after the 25 mins)
