I really miss this lab. It was so convenient. It worked well when it was staffed by two persons. Always successful blood draws.
This is the slowest lab I have ever seen. The two mornings I have been here there is just one older lady; she’s working both the front desk, typing slowly and insisting she updates everyone’s workplace, and then she draws blood. Takes upwards of 20 min to process one person. This location is convenient to me but in the time spent waiting I could have driven around the entire town twice. I will never come back and I hope St Joe’s does something to fix this, because calling this operation a lab is extremely misleading.
