Made an appt here a week in advance to do prenatal blood work. Waited over 1.5hrs, even though I made an appointment through MyChart. People waiting for urgent care sit on both sides so I waited for 1.5hrs amongst people with COVID, flu, etc. Find a different lab.
The men who did my bloodwork were wonderful! it was my first visit without my mom and I often get very nervous during blood draws. They were very gentle, considerate and kind.
The techs there are great. Always in and out quickly
Made an appointment anead, which helped speed up check-in. Didn't have to wai the long. Lab draw was quick, painless, and the tech was cheerful. Seems like a well-managed lab, with helpful, professional staff.
I had no issues at the front desk, treated kindly and the wait time on a Monday morning was not long at all. I regret not fully catching the name of the woman who drew my blood. I believe it was Ariya W maybe? I did not even feel the poke and it was quick. She was the sweetest noticing that my birthday was coming up, just very personable!
