I wish there an option for zero stars. This was one of the worst blood draw experiences of my life! I arrived and was told that orders had not been received. I called my doctor's office and they assured me that they had sent them 20 minutes prior... My doctor's office called and spoke to the person at the desk and they said that they had them sitting right there, but I had not returned to the desk. They're never very friendly at the front desk and have honestly been kind of snippy. Also please update the hours on Google. It does not include the lunch break from 12:30-1:30 so wasted a lot of my time this afternoon as I came at 11:40 hoping to do my glucose test before my OB appointment. The actual blood draw and people who have done that have been fine though!
Analisa, the blood tech, was exceptional. I barely felt the needle and the whole lab took about 30 seconds!
Emily(blonde bob) and Kelly (curly brown hair) who draw blood were quite rude. I had already registered and came down to meet with Emily to get on the list she told me it’s a long wait at least 45 mins, I told her would it be okay to wait outside of the room and she said yes it’s a long wait at least 45 mins. I came back in 30 mins later to the front of their desk for the windows to be locked and closed. Made an appt here a week in advance to do prenatal blood work. Waited over 1.5hrs, even though I made an appointment through MyChart. People waiting for urgent care sit on both sides so I waited for 1.5hrs amongst people with COVID, flu, etc. Find a different lab.
