I’m shocked at all of the positive reviews, especially the ones about children. If I could give zero stars I would. I just took my 1 1/2 year old here and the whole experience was awful. The lady working seemed like she had never drawn blood on a child before. She expects a 1 year old to sit completely still, when in reality most 1 year olds are likely crying and trying to move. Brought my brother here for blood work and he has always been a difficult blood draw. It usually takes several pokes. We had Raquel today and she did it in one poke and was extremely friendly, funny and professional.
Best phlebotomist experience of my LIFE! I tend to get very fainty and feel nauseous during blood draws, but Raquel has magical hands! If you are always nervous or uncomfortable when having blood drawn, you need to come here and see Raquel. She will make the experience very quick and painless, and on top of that she is very kind. Explain to me why you have the option to schedule an appointment if it doesn’t matter? I scheduled an appointment and walk in only to discover that it doesn’t matters phlebotomist simply called from the room “can I help who’s next” without even going by sign in sheet/calling the names on the sheet. Us patients had to keep track of who was before us to know when to go. Again… why do I even have the option to schedule an appointment if it’s not going to be followed anyways?!
Fantastic service. Rachel is outstanding with her blood draws and is very kind.
