really friendly staff!!!!
Everyone was kind, welcoming and informative. I was a bit dizzy from the contrast and the technician was caring and helpful. The facility is very pleasant, and the parking is a much shorter distance than that of the original at Trinity St Joseph in Pontiac.
What a warm and friendly office. Front desk and tech were social and caring. I appreciate their assistance.
I had a very harsh and callous technician. I was there for a vaginal ultrasound (first time) which made me very nervous and I cried through the entire exam. They don't talk to you or tell you what they're doing or anything and their reasoning is that it's protocol. I get rules, but you have to work on your bedside manner. Be nice. I'm human, not a robot. I'm leaving some personal stuff out. If I had to do it again, I just wouldn't. I'm giving 2 stars because some exceptions were made like my husband came back with me after I... read more
